Phenomenal - thorough, knowledgeable, and professional

I've worked with Rick twice now - once for my condo in 2013 and more recently for my single family home. He was absolutely wonderful both times.
While performing the inspection, Rick was happy to explain things to me and answer all of my questions about both repairs and ongoing maintenance that I'll need to perform (like how to winterize the outside of my home).
His report is impressively thorough, timely, and well organized. Lots of pictures with arrows, color-coding, and tables make it very user-friendly and help you see the big picture.
As a past customer, one of my favorites is the opt-in digital newsletter, with home maintenance tips and reminders year-round to keep my home in the best shape possible and prevent costly repairs.

Truly an incredible inspector!
