Over charge and falsify people water bill

These people charged me $163.30 from March - April 2021 and April - May 2021 $179.22 for charges that isn't true, These are fraudulent charge and I've never had a bill this high or over $57 in six years of living here. I don't have a water sprinkler system and I've had several plumbers to come to my home to check for water leaks or any type of damage who has prove there's no running water or leaks whatsoever! I've been monitoring my water and I have cameras pointing at my meters that shows some days no one has been out to read the meter. I've seen two water meter employee pass by my home and read some meters and other's they skip and that's no lie! These people sit in their cars and key in whatsoever they please and compare different people bills to other people and prorate what they believe it to be and charge other what they want. Dothan Utilities need to be investigated period. I don't have water around my meter nor have I ever had running water. I have lots of video and recording. After speaking with Morgan, the statement that she wrote you is false. She even stated that she could not even understand why the water bill was so high. The supervisor Dothan Utilities sent out on the 18th, when he showed me the meter, said that he could not figure out what was wrong and did not see any water in the dirt around the meter. He suggested that I have a plumber come out and inspect my meter and home for leaks. I had two plumbers come out to my home.

The 1st Saffold Electric and Contracting came out on May 18th, the same day that Dothan Utilities checked the meter, and he found no water leaks nor was the meter spinning rapidly as it had been when the two from the water company were out. He found no running toilets nor leaks anywhere around the home His findings was sent to Dothan Utilities and will be uploaded with this.

The Second plumber, Ed Kreager Plumbing, came out on the 20th of May 2021. He spoke with them directly. He told them that he checked all the faucets, toilets and the water meter and informed Dothan Utilities that we did not have a water leak at all. They called Ed Kreager multiple times trying to get him to say that there was a water leak which he denied that there was multiple times. His findings was sent to Dothan Utilities and will be uploaded as well.

Anybody can falsify numbers. Out of the five years that I have been here, all of the sudden my bill just jumped up. It has never been that high, and half of the time we are not even home. As stated before, anyone can key in and falsify numbers. It is my belief that they have done this. Out of two plumbers, I find it highly suspect that they only the first plumber was mentioned followed by a lie of services on the 19th of May 2021.

On 05/19/2021 No one from the water company came out to my home. I have cameras all around my home that can prove this. I sent multiple emails to Morgan at Dothan Utilities trying to get someone to come out to my home with no response. She kept telling me that she did not have an answer for me. I even asked her why the the supervisor Dothan Utilities sent out on the 18th of May was checking behind and around my personal belongings on my side porch which once again went unanswered. In short, Dothan Utilities is lying to cover up their wrong doing. I gave Morgan at Dothan Utilities the videos on a flash drive. I do not need to take advantage of my water consumption, because I check it daily. I know that they take advantage and overcharge customers for their fair gain should ever opportunity arise. But I will not be hushed up about it. (Edited June 08, 2021)
