This company singles out home owner and does not apply policies fairly to all home owners. Example: They will fine one home owner for having grass slightly high (6" inches) and yet one with a yard full of weeds over a foot high doesn't even get a notice. Another Example: One home owner has a little mold on side of house and gets a notice and fine but another howe owner's house has 70% mold on...
