A friend told me about this site while I was looking for an apartment. I'm now living here and so far so good. They had the apartment ready to go as promised, and everything was in good shape when I got here. Neighbors are generally friendly (except for this old lady who like to keep to herself), and at this point I think I made the right choice.

Do move in, Maintain is worthless we had to call the police to get them to fix the water pooring thought the roof and tey just put a trash can under it and that over flowed then it took a month to fix the roof. And that is just one the major problems.

The apartment buildings are old (probably at least 40 years) and haven't been updated much. The windows and doors are drafty so it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

I lived at this apt complex for 1 year then I ran like hell away from it! I am a non smoker and the person that lived there before was a heavy smoker. When I moved in the apt stunk like cigarette smoke and probably does until this day! Everytime I would take a shower the nicotine would seep from the walls and ceiling!

We moved in last year after selling our home and its really worked out well. Its been so much easier than having all the headaches of owning. Our apartment is a good size and has a private view out to the woods. The staff does a great job maintaining the property. We like it here.
