Extremely quick response time. He came to see problem that day. His price was better. They installed new opener quickly. I had a problem a few days later. They came the same day to fix it. The problem was my error in programming. Very professional and courteous.

As far as I'm concerned, this was 5 stars right across the board. Mike, from Doraz, called me right away, and was able to come over pretty quickly. He let me know what would be involved and the cost before doing anything. Once I agreed, he went to work and was very efficient and professional about it. Also, he was very neat. Doraz contracting installed my homeowner supplied garage door opener. They returned my initial call promptly and quoted me the best price out of the 3 installer companies that i contacted. Micheal the owner was a pleasure to talk to. Another Micheal, the actual installation tech. was very friendly and professional. Great job well done at a great price.
