I've been working out all my life and never thought I needed a personal trainer until i was at Doran Fitness and had seen Keelin training her clients...she looked tough but her clients also seemed to really enjoy their workouts, so I thought I'd give it a try. She is AMAZING! She is alway really energetic and really pays attention to what I want, and pushed me to be my best. I highly recommend...

This gym is always very clean and is never too crowded. The employees and trainers are all very friendly and can help you with any your fitness/healt goals you may have.

Young or old, this gym is great. You do not have to be in shape to work out at this gym. I have always been intimidated to join a gym because I am not the biggest or the strongest guy.

People of all ages and shapes go to this gym and Daryl gives them all of the attention or lack of attention that they are looking for.

Doran Fitness is one of the best workout environments that I have ever worked out at. Beside the state of the art equipment that the other gyms are lacking, the staff at the gym is one of the best. Darryl is usually always around and is eager to help you meet your goals. I would suggest Doran Fitness if you live in St. Charles County.
