Both springs on my garage door broke last night.I called them this morning at 9AM and Tim showed up by 10AM to fix it.He was very professional and replaced both springs and the rollers quickly.

The Door Doctor Rocks!The spring sprung on my garage door leaving my poor car outside for the night.One quick call to the Door Doctor, and a tech was out the next morning.He had both springs replaced and the door was back in business in less than 30 minutes!Great Job!!!

Called one morning and the woman answering the phone was "curt", pretty much borderline rude.Could not arrange for a time that would fit for us and she said they'd call back if they did get an opening.I made arrangements elsewhere and later when she called back, I told her "sorry but I made other arrangements".She hung up on me.Not the sort of attitude that I'd want to do business with.

The Door Doctor does it Again!

My garage door broke last night, and I had a meeting at work today that I couldn't miss . I tried to lift the door and back the car out, but it failed. I tried reaching out to a few top rated repair shops, but only the Door Doctor answered the phone and then showed up at my house within an hour. Since my garage was dark, they came back today to check on alignment in case there was anything amiss.
