In February my car needed the water pump replaced and was not able to be driven until it was replaced. Don’s towing was the one who picked up my car and not having a mechanic in the area I had them tow it back to their shop. Fast forward to today, 5 months later, I need my water pump replaced, AGAIN! Don's provided us with top notch service when our vehicle broke down on the side of the road. They towed and repaired my car making it all in one service.

They have poor customer service and poor communication between co-workers. They were wrong with towing my vehicle and they didn't have enough guts to admit it, so they made it feel like I was so fortunate to be gifted with my vehicle back. In the end I didn't pay anything, but they could of handled the situation a lot more professionally and still would of ended in the same result. The...
