Dr. Philpott was my doctor for many years in Orillia Ontario, Canada. He was the best doctor I have ever had. He took time to hear my problems and never rushed me. I was so sad to see him move to Tennesse. Miss him very much . Barbara Pye. now living in Goderich Ontario. I recommend Dr. Philpott very highly.
