I had another estimate from a larger company and Mr. Louden saw the real problem. I did not need a new system at all. He fixed it for less than 1/3 the other companys bid. And it is still working 1 year later. He could have replaced my system and charged just a little less. I would not have known the difference. he is an honest man.
