I bought a Don Huey home and the chimney is sinking and pulling away from the house. Although the house is 15 yrs old and was strapped to the house, this should NEVER happen! We have begun taking down the chimney because of the damage to the house and the danger to people as it leans. I've notified Don Huey of the issue and will keep you all posted as to how it is resolved.
