My review is based on the life span of my car that presently only has approximately only 25,000. Untimely repairs (they couldn't figure out how to fix a sensor and kept the car for many days). Worst service department I have ever been to, no one wants to keep communication with you and avoid you at all costs, there's no reason it should take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, at one point no one touched my car for forty minutes

It's been over two hours now, waiting on an oil change. I watched my car sit for over an hour with no one working on it. And I was one of the first cars here this morning. Mary Franco is a lackadaisical service advisor.
