Same experience as other writer. Reviewing bank account one day see the rent increase. Call and was told they sent out a letter - no they didn't. Rent increase amount was ridiculous....

Shame on Dollar Storage. I've had a unit there for 18 months and have never been late. Today I look at my bank account and they amount they debited was much higher. I called and was told they sent...
