Yikes, I took my dog here for a grooming. It was her first time and they cut her one nail too short which cut the quick and it led to a really bad infection. I had to bring my dog to her Vet for over 3 months in a row because they ended up having to pull her nail out. It ended up costing me over $700 in Vet bills. When I called Tom to let him know what happened he quickly denied that it happened and when I asked for a refund (the $100 I paid for the grooming) to help cover some of the costs (since it was now over $800 that I had spent including Vet & grooming bills) he said no. My shih tzu, Cooper, is 10 years old and trembles when I used to take him to the groomer, but with Tom he was actually wagging his tale. I believe that dogs can sense when they smell danger. The work done was remarkable and we are now both happy :)

Just took my Yorkie"" Bowery"" for a clean up. She looked great and also had her teeth cleaned. I'm happy with this shop. I will be returning next month :)

I was exploring the upper east side with My dog Dora, and stumbled across doggy stylez grooming on 87th street and 1st ave. The did an amazing job with her. She looked and smelled Great. I believe this is by far one of the best grooming shops in the area.
