Very unprofessional, rude and immature I will not a returning customer

I sure hope they are better with dogs then they are with people.
My wife made the mistake of pre paying for 2 dogs for about 5 days. We arrived a couple days early and went to pick up the dogs and everything was fine. We asked for a refund for the days they would not be attending and was told they would send a check...Long story short no check, I placed a call a week latter and was told they were to busy to write a check?? I asked when would be a better time that was not busy to get the check and I was hung up on… ...

The best dog daycare ever

I took my two dogs to The Dog and I during Christmas, and I felt very comfortable leaving them there. When I got to pick them up they seemed happy and well taken care of. I also got pictures of what they were up to during their stay. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have trusted my golden with the Dog and I since he was a pup, and they have always done a terrific job with him. We have been lucky to find them, and my buddy was treated like a member of the family. He stayed with them when he had a leg removed for cancer, and they cared for him with great compassion. We would not consider any other place for our hound hotel needs!

My dog Lady was extremely shy and timid, so I was nervous dropping her off at a dog daycare. However, after a day, she was running around and playing with the other dogs. When we went to pick her up, she kept running back to the door to go back inside! The staff took excellent care of her and provided a report when we picked her up, so we could see her interaction with the other dogs. They are very loving with their clients, and it's evident by how much the dogs love them.
When we brought Lady back and pulled up in the parking lot, she was excited to see the building and immediately...
