I had called DocuTec to service my office printer once I noticed it was producing "dirty" copies for the better part of two weeks. I called DocuTec to service the printer and they serviced the printer in a prompt and friendly fashion. John, who I believe to be one of technicians there, was fast and did his work in a non-invasive fashion.
