Other than the ghetto looks of the plaza, this office was superb until Keirstin left. Nothing would have gotten done had she not been there, and always with a smile on her face. Bad Customer Service & Patient Care

The customer service at this doctors office is horrible. I made an appointment two weeks ago to see DR. Edward Williams so that I could get my prescription refilled. I took time off of work and drove across town to make my appointment only to be told that DR. Williams was not there and is never in the Westside office on Fridays. I was told that lady that made the appointment was just filling in and made a mistake. I asked if they could just write a refill for my perscription and they refused. I was told to reschedule the appointment. I am not in the position to take more time off from work...
