Help us make it rightOwner Alejandro came to my apartment and promised to fix my TV in 2 days. He took the motherboard of my tv and left the actual tube. That was almost 3 weeks ago and he is no where to be found. He is unreachable and is not answering his calls. Left countless messages and called many times and no answer. I would suggest to use another company which is more professional and keeps their promises...or at least keeps you up to date with a service. For now we are considering it a loss, but i still want my disfuntional tv part. Who knows if he plans on selling or reusing the parts. (Edited September 09, 2008)
I am writing this review to warn others so what happened to us never happens to anyone else! This tv repair shop is the typical example of dishonest, cheating thiefs. After they promised for MONTHS to repair our tv or return the money I finally did research on the company because nothing matched up. All the lies the repair shop has told us is disgusting. ""next week,"" ""we will call you"" ""we are waiting for the part""...nothing has been true. They have not called us ONCE since giving them our tv. They still have our TV and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Apparently we are not the first...
Do not use this service. 2 months and still awaiting my tv part to be fixed. Alejandro came to my house the same day i called him as picked up my part. Since, alejandro has made countless appointments to come to my house and fix my tv and has never shown up. No response from the owner alejandro. Please use someone who is more serious about his business. Don't say i didn't warn you.
I guess I was lucky. Alex was 40 minutes late for our appointment in which he was to come to my house for a TV repair estimate. When I called, his response was, ""Oh. I'm so sorry. I lost your number. I have too much business in the shop."" I stated that this was unacceptable business practice. He had no other reply.
It sounds like I was lucky as it appears that had he come, he may very well have absconded with my television never to be seen or hear from again.
