Salesman fell off roof while doing estimate, matched lowest estimate, Had to ask for paperwork several times before we got it.

Roof was installed and was a total mess. Nails were visable and could silicone in spots on roof. My chimney was totally messed up too...it was smeared with concrete all over it and had big holes left in it. Responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The job turned out to be larger than orginally thought because the fascia underlying the gutters had to be replaced.
