Her staff is very unprofessional, they will schedule you an appointment time at 10:30 and when you get there you will realized they scheduled 5 to 7 other people with the same appointment time. Yes you will get a larger lump sum back on your returns than you probably have ever recieved and then you will get Audited. And when you get Audited Donna Hill will not return you calls or messages and she will close her office for a month. She always throws around that she use to work for the IRS, but every office has an idiot who don¿t know what they are doing. She uses Turbo Tax to file...

Don¿t be fooled by the large lump sum you receive when Donna Hill prepares your taxes, you WILL get audited by the IRS and when you do Donna will be nowhere to be found. She will not return your phone calls or respond to phone messages or emails. You are in her office for literally 6 hours just to see the data entry clerks for 5 minutes and actually see Donna for 10 minutes. During those 6...

Donna Hill Accounting gets your taxes done and you are happy with her. Some of her staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. They are haphazard when dealing with your personal documents and privacy. The office manager is very unprofessional and rude. Even the phone etiquette is rude and uninviting. If Miss Hill hires a more professional staff, then she would have a top shelf organization.
