They have been in contact. and are working to resolve it. I would like to withdraw or edit my Report but can't find a link to edit.. it ends up it actually Was Lost in transit. These ripoff's took my money, claim they shipped it UPS, and UPS lost it. They refuse to respond to help me  file a complaint against UPS. After they ripped me off i started investigating them and found out they have been doing this scam alot. They refunded me $29 but still owe me $185 more or less. Before you buy from them just do a search on them use any search engine, then, read what others...

Ordered 2 needles for my turntable 13 days ago, they charged me and i have yet to receive any shipping information, they don't have a phone number to call and the only contact they have is [email protected]. They haven't responded to my emails and i'm in the dark about my purchase, thank god for paypal disputes :). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
