I have a million dollar view covered behind a million traces of mold window that cannot be cleaned :).  This company installed 4 casement style Dixie Super window thermal with tripple pane glass filled with crypton gas between all panes.  There was supposely a 50 year warranty on entire window, it's been 6 years since the installation and the windows are filling up with an ugly black mold...

Having an issue with work they did just over 2 months ago. Can't get in touch with anyone. Their phones ring once, then say, "The person you're trying to reach is unavailable. Exiting the system." And hangs up. Called cell number for the sales person who did the demo/consultation - left messages, but they don't call back. Are they even still in business? Have they sold us an expensive but...

At the Home Show they promised a free no obligation estimate. First guy came 30 minutes late. Then refused to give estimate because I wasn't willing to commit to one of the options he gave me and because I wasn't willing to say when I would buy. I answered the door to a sales person who gave me a two hour spiel of the company. A product I had seen demonstrated at a homeowners products show. Roof was measured, bid given, and Gutterguard was installed within five days in the month of February... a slow time of year! I received a follow-up inspection the next week. Product works great!!

We made the mistake of inviting Dixie Homecrafters to our house for giving us estimates on windows. The presentation was supposed to last 90 minutes. Three hours later we still had not gotten any estimates or seen any of their window products. They tried to push their diamond barrier insulation on us instead. Their initial quote was about $6,000. Eventually the number came down to about $4,000...
