To the owner's credit, I was emailed after the posting with possible explanations for the mishaps and vouchers for service. I think this was thoughtful of him and shows he is concerned with customers being satisfied with service. I also understand that being a small business, it is possible over the holidays they were short-handed. I might give them another shot.

I underestimated how busy pet borders in St. Pete would be over Thanksgiving, the only place that had room was Divine Doggy. Should have been suspicious then.My dog is old, he is 10 and has pretty bad arthritis. He takes meds 3 times a day and I dropped him off for 3 days with enough meds to last 4-- just in case.
