If I could give this place 0 stars that's what I would do, they are extremely rude! I went in Sat morning with my 7 year old to find out how much a pedi was her her, I was told $20 with 2 designs or $18 with no design. We shopped a while then went back. She got a pedi with 2 anchors (which looked HORRIBLE!) I got a regular pedi. It took them a whole 10 minutes to do the pedicure. Then charged...

I was in there shop today to receive a pedicure. My feet were placed in cold water, I was hit in the face with a piece of flying acrylic and then out of nowhere the tech doing my nails STOP! I am still unsure as to why however, she jumps up takes her gloves off and says she's not doing my feet! I was on a phone call when she was doing my feet. Worst experience ever!

This place seemed very nice at the beginning, there was three of us that went in and they told us that we would get a discount for having three people, at the end of the aweful expeirence they charged us almost double than what was originally quoted. But that was not even the worst part, the work itself was so poor, they rushed to get people in and when we questioned the looks of our nails they told us that they know how to do nails and to not tell them how to do nails. One of my friends was started then they put her aside to work on a new person, she sat there waiting for her turn again...

Please let it be known that Diva Nails in Concord Mills is NOT associated with the other nail salon in the mall. Contrary to what the employees are telling you.
