Very disappointed Distinctive Designs kept the entire $500 retainer fee before telling us the total price of our dream kitchen we couldn't afford. We didn't even get prints to keep of the planned design for the project

Over-priced and not customer friendly kitchen design

I would not recommend this business to anyone. The retainer charge is $1500. They do not listen to the customers requests or integrate the kitchen with the house design. Overall a very bad experience.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. The charge for consulting on a design is $1500 and not refundable. They do not listen to what the customer wants. The cabinets are highly overpriced. They are slow in making design modifications that result in a smaller kitchen with fewer cabinets. They do not try to integrate the kitchen with the overall house plan. Overall, a terrible experience...
