I have taken two youngsters (ages 6 and 4) here on different occasions. I wondered why I even bothered the second time. The displays were uninteresting, many in need of repair and the interactive activities weren't very. The docents seemed rather disinterested/bored and interacted in a perfunctory manner. Diverting for the Grandkids

Interesting interactive displays and exhibits for the younger set, but a bit shopworn. Could use some sprucing up; some of the activity stations were not functional when we visited.

There were many children visiting when I was there and every one was fully engaged in one activity or another. There was a puppet show and many hands on learning centers.
