I feel like I have to shear this story with other people, this did not happen every day. All this happen at Discount Tires Store Plano. TX. Brought vehicle in for routine rotate and balance, tech inspect my tires tread, it was half way down so good for service. Two hours late they call me and inform me tree of my tires bad some manufacture defect. I went back to store start asking what problem...

Told me it would take an hour or maybe up to hour and half to rotate my tires. Told them I would wait.
After one hour I asked when it would be brought in bay, and they told me in the next 30 minutes. After hour and half they said in a few minutes. After two hours and 15 minutes they told me they had four more in front of mine and they would try to get to it in about thirty minutes.
I asked for my keys and they told me ""we will be glad to set up an appointment and you can bring it back"". I told him he had given we an appointment when he told me and hour or hour and ahalf.
