I went in to get an Ombrè. Keep in mind my hair went to my butt. I told her that I used Dove shampoo because it smelled so good, Also told her I was nervous because 10+ years ago someone had burnt my hair before. I also told her that I previously had an Ombrè but it had all grown out and all that was left was blonde on the ends. So she put bleach on my hair, put a timer on for 30 min and left...

Horrible Stylist missed a scheduled appointment

The stylist left right before I got there. No one in the salon seemed willing to make it right. Wouldn't trust them at all. wasted an hour of my time and I had to find another stylist and wait another week for a haircut. Very unprofessional

2 months 3 weeks LATE & no courtesy calls. Appeared unannounced, accessed gated property sans permission. Site ill prepared. Ralf and Angel (owners) are con artists. I would strongly recommend not doing business with either of them. They took my money and split. I have left a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
