OMG! This must be a joke, your kids are not welcome to this store!. I went with my son who is 3, and we sat on 2 or 3 different sectionals, we spent there no more than 3 minutes, when a witch at the counter yelled at me, Stop him from doing that I looked at my son and he was sitting on one of the sofas, 2 steps from me, close to a white one, he was not climbing or destroying the merchandise....

Bad Customer Service

This isn't the first time I have experienced at this "business". It is, however, the last time I will ever go there. I went there two years ago to replace my household which had been lost in a fire, needed everything. I walk in and don't even receive the common courtesy of a 'hello" or "welcome". I proceed to find my way through the store, checking out living/bedroom sit's and a dining room....

In reference to Woman who let kid sit/stand/play on furniture and was yelled at. Ok, so she was wrong but Robert don t you know that supporting your employees in yelling at customers is bad buisness and really poor customer skills? If I was there and your employee reacted that way I d leave. I am looking at getting some furniture, but I will shop elsewhere based on your own words.

I hope you guys don t shop here, do it at your own risk if I was lieng why are there so any negative comments from your customers...the only good comments are about your cheap prices...and all that stuff is broken before it gets put out to the floor...thats why its so cheap.....hahahahah
