This place is terrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT READING THEIR SHADY REFUND POLICY! Bought a phone charger and it broke in my iPhone! Came to return it because it was defective and was refused to give me back my money. Guy handling situation was great but whoever this Misty girl is for a manager should know the customer is always right and learn how retail works!
I didn't buy anything, and just read a few folks reviews about the return policy. All I know is that I took an older piece of crap laptop in and I'm not a computer guy at all. I've worked a lot of finance stuff with the Air Force, and absolutely should be 10 times more savvy that I am.... but I'm not. My problem w my laptop was a simple driver and I thought the customer service was outstanding....
Crap hole happy they are gone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
