The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. They always are willing to go the extra mile and help you find or order what you need. Well organized, and pleasant to shop and browse for hours. Large inventory and selection. Love the chain and silk thread.

The staff are very nice and the beads are well organized. However, I found the quality to be so-so, the prices on the high side and the selection limited. They don't sell individual beads except in a bead soup bin. Most of their stones are mediocre quality, but priced too high.
