Poor customer service and workman ship

I bought a condensor unit from this company last May, it had cooling issues and they came out and serviced it for there service charge 3 mnt after install, found low on freon and dirty filter. this spring I had same problem, I hired a second company to come and fix the service valve fittings wear the leaks were thats why my unit was not cooling. The Resolution the company gave me: I was approved for 1 year of 1 free service charge of $89.95 for my troubles or they would send one of there techs out to my home to cheak what the new company did and if the job is 100% perfect Discount inc,...
