They call when they say they will. Brenda gave us a ride wherever we needed in Oroville. She's super sweet. They fixed a simple problem on our car which we thought was going to be expensive, for free. Who does that? They do. Love them & will definitely go back to them for our future auto needs. We highly recommend them.

The interface with the front desk was quite amiable and did, after questioning, provide some detailed information that the average customer might not ask about.
