Most unreliable internet I have ever had. Internet is slow and always stops working. Direct Communications closes at 5:30pm which means if you have a problem they won't help you until you call...

At first I wasn't sold was getting some super power speeds. Had a tech named Greg comr out and he did a fantasic job getting things up to par. Thanks Greg.

Anytime I've had a problem and had to speak with Diane not only is she rude and a unknowledgeable herself, she will not give me the numbers to connect to tech support so that I can speak with someone that could help.
