poor service by an appraiser YP.com

i wouldn't use this company in my lifetime even if they were the last one left on the face of the Earth. very rude appraiser and was about as big of a smart_ _ _ as i've ever come across. direct general will go broke if all of their appraiser's operate like Jeff Shepic out of san antonio, texas.
