Better choices in Davis

Very gluggy, lacking fresh veggies and any sort of regional flavor. There are just better choices in Davis downtown. It's not my sort of food, but its been in its present location for over 20 years , so it clearly has a following.

I went there for lunch. The lunch menu is excellent - $7.50 for prawnfs kung pao, including chow mein, rice, soup, green tea and fruit. I couldn't eat the chow mein and rice, it was far too much food.

Legit place if you're vegan. I will make this short and sweet -- order the General Tsou's "chicken" and the "beef" with mushroom and bamboo shoots. Also the vegetarian pot stickers are pretty tasty…

Ding How is nothing if not integrated with the Davis community. Case in point: hot and sour soup. Though the chef had long ago perfected the recipe, Ding How responded when community members with allergy concerns gave consistent feedback requesting egg-free hot and sour soup. Now the chef will whip up a single egg-free serving on the spot, per individual request. More recently, Ding How debuted...
