I don't even want to give it one star but I couldn't rate any lower. First of all let me tell you that even though it seems busy..... 3 1/2 hrs I spent there because the did not get my hair color right I notice mostly all people just leaving disappointed, they don't even know what they are doing, and to be honest I don't even think any of them have a license. I know its hard out there but Damn!...
