I came in looking to buy an engagement ring and I could not be happier that I did. Shannon made the process absolutely painless. I explained to her what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and she helped me pick out exactly that. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed to buy something. Isaac taught me so much about diamonds my first time in that when I went back a second time to make my purchase, I was confident I was getting a good diamond at a good price. He could have sat there and tried to sell me the most expensive diamonds and told me this and that so I would spend more money, but he didn't.
