Unless you're buying makeup or facial products it's very hard to find an associate to help you with anything. They have decent product availability but overall customer service could be better.

I visited the lingerie dept. in Dillards Santa Fe. I was the only shopper in the department except for one woman who seemed to know the saleswoman (the conversation was about something other than lingerie). I picked out about 6 bras to try on, taking about 7-10 minutes to do so. During this time, I was never greeted by the salesperson. I walked past her and the other customer and paused at a rack close to the fitting room. She looked towards me but said nothing. The other customer left as I went into the fitting room.
