Let me start by saying it is a shame that I have to give Dillard's one star to start this review. So far, they do not deserve that single star. I really like this store. They have beautiful clothes and very very nice, kind sales associates. My daughter and me always enjoy our shopping experiences. The store that has beautiful gifts at great prices.

If you don't want to deal with the traffic headaches of going to the Houston Galleria,Willowbrook Mall offers upscales shopping for you!To me,the sales associates are much friendlier than Post Oak Dillards!They carry great brand names,room to shop and just a great atmosphere all the way around!There is a lot of parking,eateries/restaurants and entertainment!Enjoy!

I love shopping at the Willowbrook Mall, but the people that work there can be somewhat snobby at times.
