The $29.65 bill the customer is alluding to is for a battery he purchased at our office prior to the phone call. The billing statement he received was miswritten and caused confusion. We have never charged for phone consultation.

Had service with them for 6-7 years, never had to call until last month. It took several tries over 2 days before the tech (Phil, he's great!) finally left a message to call him back.
