Don't go here if you want customer satisfaction because they do not care about that. The just want your money, but could not care less if you are happy with their work.

I took some old VHS tapes in to be transferred to DVD's and was assured that they would only transfer only what was visible and had audio.I received 1/3 of my order either blank or without audible sound. When I returned the DVD's the owner Maurice was not in, and since then he has not returned my calls. All this over $50. Hard to believe larry f
