Don't pay any attention to their 1hr or less rap. Called them back after an hr and 20 mins and they put me on hold while an automated voice "guaranteed it would be an hr or less if I used Dick's towing" when I asked the receptionist about it she simply said it wasn't always possible and it was busy I ask …

These guys are awesome! I needed service and quickly and professionally it was delivered. The driver and truck were clean and courteous. I would recommend Dick's to anyone!
