Working with Shelly to get the ring I was after was a great experience- and I wasn't easy. I took multiple visits to learn and talk about the ring, diamond, my options, etc. Shelly was always great- she was very patient, never rushed me to ""finish"" the sale, etc.

By the time I had finished, I had changed the design of the ring several times- but she was never anything but awesome to work with, and I ended up with a custom ring that my Fiance loves!

I highly recommend Shelly to anyone.

I spent about three months going to multiple jewelry stores and haggling prices to look for that perfect ring. Then I went to DBS. The manner in which DBS does business is much different than any other place I went to. Every other place I went to I felt like I was buying a car- no matter what I picked they didn't really care, they just wanted to get the deal done. At DBS, extra time and care was taken to ensure that every thing that could be thought of was and every detail was examined. I didn't know anything about diamonds, but Shelly took the time to educate me.

When I first started looking to buy my fiance's engagement ring I had no idea where to start. I was referred to Diamonds by Shelly by a friend, and after my first meeting with Shelly and her associates I knew my search was over.

I felt like I had a personal relationship with them and was not just another customer walking in the door. They fully educated me on diamonds/settings and provided me with the best options within my budget. My fiance loved her ring, and I will definitely be going back here for the wedding ring along with future jewelry purchases.
