They came the day I called, and fixed our AC unit the next morning. I have owned 3 homes in the 15 years that I have lived in Arizona and Diamondback Air has been the only company that I have ever had to call, they always take care of me. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

What a fantastic company. After some initial communication hiccups, John (Owner) and Julian (Senior technician) did an amazing job of diagnosing our problem, and fixing it in a cost effective manner. They are knowledgable, trustworthy and a company that keeps promises and does everything they can to make it right. I would recommend them to anybody.Thank you Diamondback air......

I had diamondback air out on Saturday and was told I needed a new fan installed. Since my hvac unit was actually still working we asked them to come back Friday morning so we could go run some errands that afternoon. They confirmed the technician would be back today at 6 am to install the fan …

Great job by Julian - prompt, professional and on time - this guy is a pro and the Diamondback guys have done a great job for us over the years. Good follow-up and really push to get the job done when you are cooking!
