Awful place to live!!! If you want to live somewhere you have to call the cops all the time because people who live here are dangerous. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
The staff is amazing tho.

The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept. They could use more trash bins and the buildings could use maintence. I like living here, and you can beat the low cost rent.

This is the nicest community in Sherman Texas ... they have a Sr. Cit. special and are always making improvements. I love Michele and she loves us...

My friend used to work in the apt ofc and since michelle didnt want her there anymore, she and Mr Key kept her paycheck so she wasnt able to pay her check or feed her family and then michelle evicted her. Michelle the mgr has been known to refuse rent pymts to try to intimidate tenants to get them to leave. Then slamming their credit reports for damages they never caused. The property is very...
