Menchie's has now reached T-town!! I was disappointed to hear the location, as I really hate anything located by the mall, especially the food court side which is already saturated by traffic....

I have been to Quest for numerous tests ordered by my physician & each time I go, they do not complete all the lab tests ordered on the prescription therefore, causing me to re-do the same tests again due to their neglect. I would suggest that if your physician or insurance will allow you to go to a different laboratory do so.

After dealing with an error in paperwork, the only ""assistance"" I received from this lab was in the form of a rude phone call from a supervisor who had nothing to offer except accusations.

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE if you can go elsewhere.

Heard of the office from numerous friend. They came highly recommended by my physician. I been to the faciltity multiple times and every experience was extremely wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable environment for all their testing needs.
