This two-level, Tijuana-style bar/restaurant is bedecked with neon, hot rod flames, and a twenty-foot-high statue of a buxom devilbabe. The bazooms muy grandes motif continues inside, as saline-enhanced barmaids pour Margaritas and dish out nachos to a turista crowd. The vast windows and balconies offer great Strip-view people watching.

We ordered the Nachos...they were huge!!! There were only two of us, and there was easily enough left for at least one other person. Honestly, they were so good we contemplated going again before we left Vegas.

Every trip my wife and I take we go to Diablos. We typically take the earliest non-stop flight to Vegas. Its 2ish nonstop from Midland to Vegas. We lose about 20 minutes after with time change. So we get there early and our rooms (at any hotel) aren't typically ready that early so we check or bags at the bell...
