Well, new owners again, this time not so good March 2015. Gone are the delicious huge chocolate chip cookies replaced with dry ones. Being March, I bought the traditional St. Joseph Zeppole pastries, and they were dry and tasteless. Not like the real Italian pastries of old. Very disappointed. Eddie Z here again. Dropped here before returning to North Carolina to bring some good Italian bread home . Not disappointed with bread but don't buy the dohnuts!! Got home and enjoyed a pasta dinner with good Italian bread. Bought 1 loaf of French baguette bread which was also good. Wish we got there before 2:30 pm they were sold...

they have a good selection of bakery items as well lunch-type foods. I have only eaten the cookies and bread. can't beat their panella bread.

Under new management for a few years now (the nephew of the original owners?), the baked goods are fresh and delicious. They are open long hours and you will not be disappointed!

I can't believe they received such good reviews. I will say this. I have not tried their cake so perhaps that is their speciality. I have had baked goods...
