Still hating and even more hate!Now they slow down (can you really slow anything less than 1.5 mb?) ads and others they don't get a premium payment from. I am seriously considering selling my dream home and moving into a more urban location so we can get half-assed service. God I hate centurylink!!!!

Their customer service is nonexistent.They transfered someone else's bundle services on our account and absolutely would not take charges off.Unbelievable that a company is so large they can do things like this to people. Century Link you are bad people. Bad bad bad.

I could not even get my address updated without going through 20 minutes of high-pressure sales spiel for things I do not want. No, I do not want DirecTV. No, I do not want to buy a "protection plan." No. No No No. I know it's not the fault of the agent answering my call or chat, so I will not be ugly to them - but CenturyLink, you are making good people like me dislike you intensely.
